luana shibuya was fantastic! everything in our standard twin room was amazing, especially the washroom with a washing machine. we loved the convenience of drying clothes in the shower room. the location is great in a peaceful housing area, making our stay enjoyable. Help from staff was outstanding. they quickly provided extra blankets and garbage bags when requested.

I slept exceptionally well on the firm mattress that felt just right. The area was serene, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The hotel staff were quick to respond to my requests, even providing extra amenities when needed. It was a pleasure to have the convenience of drying my clothes in the shower room, making my stay comfortable.
The location, while generally good, was a bit of a trek from the subway.
