No elevator access made lugging heavy bags a workout!!! The noise from the street was louder than expected, disrupting my peaceful stay!!!

The location is conveniently close to the bus and subway stations, making it easy to
get around Tokyo. The self-check-in process was a bit slow, but once we settled in, the clean room and amenities made up for it. Despite some minor inconveniences, the quiet environment truly enhanced our overall experience.

The location in a quiet residential area near Shinjuku felt peaceful, a perfect retreat after a bustling day. I loved the thoughtful amenities in my standard twin room. The washing machine made laundry simple, and drying clothes in the shower room was incredibly convenient. The size of the bathroom surprised me. big and comfortable! The self check-in, while a bit slow, was manageable. I appreciated clear instructions once I figured them out. However, the check-in system could confuse newcomers, particularly those not familiar with technology. It took some time to get accustomed to the keypad for room entry. Overall, a good stay with some necessary improvements in check-in procedures.

The hotel staff were quick to respond to my requests, even providing extra amenities when needed. It was a pleasure to have the convenience of drying my clothes in the shower room, making my stay comfortable.
The location, while generally good, was a bit of a trek from the subway.

The stay was delightful with a fabulous washing machine in our room that made laundry a breeze, and we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the small rooftop area for relaxation. It was perfect for unwinding after a day out, especially with the fan providing a nice breeze during hot evenings. However, the check-in process could be a bit confusing, but it didn’t put a damper on our experience. 😊
